Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Contact us within 14 days and we will arrange the return and refund what you paid for the goods.

Cosmetics are sealed for hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies, which is why every tube ships with a protective foil seal.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@icelandicelements.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for the return address and instructions before sending the product
4. Pack items securely in their original packaging
5. Send the parcel using a tracked service and retain your receipt
6. We will confirm receipt and process an eligible refund promptly

Conditions

• Products should be returned in their original condition with the hygiene seal intact.
• For change-of-mind returns within the statutory 14-day period, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Sealed Products, Right of Withdrawal Exception

In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, we are unable to accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

This applies to Glacial Relief Cream and any other sealed cosmetic products. These products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or broken, as they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return an unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery under your right of withdrawal, the seal must be fully intact and undamaged upon our receipt of the return. Products received with a broken or missing seal will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will put it right. A damaged or defective item is a fault on our side, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
