How do I use Glacial Relief Cream?

How should I store Glacial Relief Cream?
Keep the tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow any storage instructions and the period-after-opening symbol printed on the packaging.
Is Glacial Relief Cream vegan?
The Glacial Relief Cream formula does not contain animal-derived ingredients.
Are Icelandic Elements products cosmetics or food supplements?
All Icelandic Elements products are cosmetic formulations for external topical use only. They are not food supplements or medicinal products. They are notified on the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
What does 'topical use only' mean?
It means the product is applied to the surface of the skin and is not intended for ingestion, inhalation, or any internal use. All Icelandic Elements products are designed for external application as part of a daily skincare or body care routine.
Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a precautionary measure, we do not recommend using our products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, and Portugal. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Cosmetics must remain unopened with the hygiene seal intact; damaged or defective products will always be put right. See our Returns page for full details.
